Oaks of the Ozarks, Inc. was founded to ensure the harmonious, orderly, and high-quality development of our community. Originating from a vision of attractive, sustainable, and comfortable living, our association provides structured oversight to protect and enhance the value of every homeowner’s investment.
The Association manages selected shared facilities, infrastructure, and common areas, ensuring these amenities remain well-maintained and accessible to all members. Our responsibilities include overseeing roads and essential services such as community water and sewer systems.

Please note, the Lock Haven Condo Association maintains sole responsibility for its signage, condo buildings, docks, and other exclusive condo facilities.
These facilities are specifically reserved for Lock Haven Condo members, and membership in the Oaks of the Ozarks, Inc. does not grant access to these private amenities.
