a Master Association 


  ​Oaks of the Ozarks, Inc. was founded to ensure the harmonious, orderly, and high-quality development of our community. Originating from a vision of attractive, sustainable, and comfortable living, our association provides structured oversight to protect and enhance the value of every homeowner’s investment.

​The Association manages selected shared facilities, infrastructure, and common areas, ensuring these amenities remain well-maintained and accessible to all members. Our responsibilities include overseeing roads and essential services such as community water and sewer systems.

​Please note, the Lock Haven Condo Association maintains sole responsibility for its signage, condo buildings, docks, and other exclusive condo facilities.

​These facilities are specifically reserved for Lock Haven Condo members, and membership in the Oaks of the Ozarks, Inc. does not grant access to these private amenities.
